This guy is mad because his credit card company denied his dispute. He tried to tell his credit card company that we didn't send him his merchandise. Then when we provided proof of delivery his credit card company denied his claim. He then called us and wanted us to send his order again free of charge. I'm sorry, but we cannot resend orders for free, especially when we have proof that the orders were already delivered.
