I saw some suspicious charges on my credit card statement. After some investigation on my own and reading other posts here I called the 800.927.9578 phone number listed on my cc statement, (this number was also given in other posts).

It was easy. I followed the suggestions of hitting zero and was led to a human representative. She politely gave her full name. She spelled it and I wrote it down. After a brief confirmation of who I was by providing her a little personal information, (name, address, city state), I stated my issue. She said she could help me. We went over the 4 subscriptions I had. She did give a very short sales pitch and requested I keep the subscriptions. I politely declined. She said all 4 of the subscriptions would be cancelled and any money due would be refunded. I requested a confirmation # and was given one.

I asked if there were other subscriptions that I was unaware of. She checked and said no.

I guess I'll wait and see if this process truly works. I sure hope it does.

The total phone call was 5 minutes and 35 seconds. Outstanding and polite service from the reprsentative at the # called.
