TWX Magazine will not unsubscribe me, they keep automatically renewing even after being contacted. several times.
I did an online survey & won a ONE year subscription to 4 magazines for 1.99 each. I was automatically renewed without my consent last year. I managed to contact the company & they stopped 2 but I still kept getting Health & Better homes and Gardens.
I even sent back one of the Better Homes & Gardens magazine. I have sent multiple notices to cancel, but have been ignored. I just found out that once again; my bank account had been charged for the Health & am just waiting to see when I'll be charged for the other magazine.
I don't know what else to do other than try filing complaints against this company. I hope the Better Business Bureau will shut them down & that newspapers all over the country as well as all internet services will get warnings to the public.
