Complaint Review: TWX Magazines Magazeoutlet

My wife ordered the Auctions for Income package for me off of an Infomercial and somehow ended up getting a 3 month free trial subscription for Womans Day magazine. She in fact called TWX Magazines Magazeoutlet in a timely fashion and cancelled it as per their requirements. But they still billed us and bounced our bank account anyway. She called them again today and they agreed to replace the $18.00 but not the $34.00 NSF. The Bank of America refuses to credit it as well. My wife tried to get this resolved with TWX. We feel they should pay the $18.00 and $34.00 NFS, as well as a penalty of 15% of the total amount for causing us distress.
