TWX also hooks customers at Suncoast. They told methat since they had merged companies, I would recieve three free magazine subscriptions as a complimentary gift. Isaid yes, and what do you know, we recieved not three, but 5 different charges, one for a magazine we never saw!! How nuts is it to pay double the newsstand price for something that just clutters the coffee table for a week or two before getting trashed. the tips above helped, i got through to a representative who was exceedingly curt and detached, and who informed me it would take 1-2 billing cycles for us to see our refund. What a ridiculous scheme, and what despicable stores to agree to use this scheme. I will never again shop at Suncoast, nor Best Buy or any other store who works with TWX.
