Twxaol took money from my account without my authorization. Internet
twx aol has been taking money from my account since august 2007,the amount was between 30.00-32.90 for the last five months,after i had cancelled the service in august.i i called and got the standard run around.they did say they would refund my account the january payment but,what about the other four months.i asked to speak to a supervisor,none were available.what can i do?
