Why being back billed for $1000.00 charge after Hurrican IKE. their customer call center is in Central America and cannot understand why we want to talk to someone in texas to solve the problem. They will also not forward an email or message to anyone in Dallas. You cannot go into a sevice center to discuss the bill in Dallas or Houston.
they want their money but don't want to work for it...i am goping to contact the PUC and file a major complaint pver very poor customer service. TXU needs to go back and read their own Customer Bill of rights #2.

I recieved a letter from their VP of customer Care but you cannot respond to her because they show no phone number or email address....I believe she is a make believe name. the Customer care people cannot find a number for her. Her name is Angela Guillory. No one know her at Customer Care Center.
