Simply put, I left TXU in good standing and paid off the bill in full. There contract states that they have 13 months to return the deposit. I've made two "requests"
to have it returned. I documented employee ID numbers and reference numbers for each. I waited the 4 weeks each time. No check in the mail. Of course, they can't find anything "based on those reference numbers". What really drives me crazy is they say you can't apply the deposit to the last months bill. Now I see why. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
