dead plants, no warranty,awful customer service and a owner that supports all of the activity that all his employees use daily.

as a local to the area live only 40 miles away i drive over to get several trees and grapes.come home and plant the same day in middle of march. this is perfect time to plant all these. after several weeks of taking good care of them they all get leaves except 2 of the 4 grapes plants.so i call and ask about this.and was told"oh just wait longer some take longer to bloom out than others."so i waited. nothing still . i call back they tell me to scratch off bark to test and let them know. i did and they said it sounds like they are dead. so tell me to fill out the return application and fax back. i did this also.

the next day i call to ask if they recieved my fax and was told yea you should hear back in a few days. after a week goes bye i have hear nothing. so i call and get put on the phone with Owen. this guy is a real smarta**. so he said no you will not here back in like 2 weeks so i was like ok no problem. but i need to ask you one thing. on my bill the price billed was 9.95 each on the grapes and your website says 2.95. he said" well we just changed that because we dont ahve any more grapes anyway." i said nah that not true because i looked like a month ago when i had to find the ph# to call yall.

He then says"well look it dont matter we dont have any left anyway." i then say"well that was a nice comment for you to make" He said " what did u say"

so i then repeat my statement. well at this point he comes even more rude. Owen then says" look i dont have time to talk to you about the price of grapes i have work to do." then he hangs up the phone on me. Now i dont think this is anyway to treat some one who just spent hundreds of $$ with you.

Being local i call around and find out who ownes the company and call back. I ask for Pat Malcom--the owner--home ph#

call his work and asked for him. and wow this guy must get lots of mad customers- the guy says can i ask who is calling? i said no you cant- he said well i have to know ..so i said yea, im a paying customer. does he talk to them? well then the guy connects me to him. at this point i see where Owen get his attitude. i tell him i just want him to know how his employees were treating people. he said - how did you get me name- i said becuase i live around here. so then he said" well thanks " and hangs up the phone on me also.

I have a feeling i will never get more grapes or a refund. I then see lots of other reports of them rippin people off and telling lies and treat people like crap. this is no way to treat others. i treat people good and ask the same. i know at this point i will not get anything from them and really dont want any more of their crap even if its free. only want to see them go out of business.spread the word thanks

In order to receive a replacement all the customer needs to do is return the dead merchandise with a copy of the receipt and we will replace any merchandise. Ty Ty Nursery stands behind the quality of our plants and extend a 1yr guarantee to all customers.
