I called, sent numerous email request to support at support@iambigbrother.com, and tybeeware@aol.com, I have called them, I have even emailed agordon@iambigbrother.com no one responds yet they continue to bill your credit card. I can't understand, I just received an email from Warren Williams on May 24, 2004, but that is the last contact that I have had with him.
