Complaint Review: Tybeeware

I bought Tybeewares "I am big brother" software and never recieved a reciept for my purchase. Then I was told that I would need a reciept to get product updates!! When I explained that I had paid with a money order and didn't keep the number I was told that there was nothing they could do. So I never recieved any product support or updates and the software version I bought only worked for about 3 weeks before I upgraded my AOL and needed an update from Tybeeware that I couldnt get.. When I e-mailed the company to complain, they ignored me and are still ignoring me to this day.
