TYGHTGEAR ripoff Illinois Internet
I ordered 2 pairs of tennis shoes Jordan 8 Variant's on March 28, 2003. I paid through PAY PAL using my credit card. I did not nor have not received my order.
I tried contacting TYGHT GEAR several times via e-mail and have not received a response. Someone from the Illinois Police Department contacted me regarding my order, but I still have not received it.
Lisa Madigan, the Attorney General for the state of Illinois wrote me a letter, but I still have not received my order nor refund.
I am planning on taking this company to court!!!

The reason the goods were not shipped was due to paypal closing my account. I told every single customer who sent money during that time period to write a letter to paypal to receive your refund. I technically never received your payment. I told you to write them and they will send your money back, but you decided to write false claims over the web about my business which ruined my reputation. If you want to take someone to court, take paypal not me because I never physically received any funds from you.
