They claim to sell business plan writing services but when they were asked to deliver an investr deck they delivered something completely different and was not asked for.
Then Tyler agreed to redo the project if I give him more money.
Then he asked for images that proved that not just he didnt read the email from the beginning because all the images were already were all given to him, he never even opened the links describing the business and he may have well written the entire thing for somebody elses business.
He just forwards the entire project to some Indian on Fiverr pays him 10 dollars and then charges thousands for the work.
When I complained and ask for a refund he proceeds to tell me work has already been done. Completely amateur , mistakes, grammatically incorrect terribly written summary of a business that may belong to someone else.
Do not do business with Startup Garage, he was arrogant unprofessional, and very rude and now he stole thousands of dollars for work that is garbage and useless.
