This stupid little punk named Tyler Stinson who bragged that he was some big shot small business owner (claimed that he owned Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids) went online and submitted his personal contact information in an effort to obtain multiple auto transport shipping quotes. His information was sold as what's known in the online sales industry as a "lead". A lead is a prospect that businesses in the same industry compete for.

I called this lead (Tyler Stinson) who claimed that he knew all about my industry and that he didn't want anyone calling him. I asked him why he submitted his personal cellphone number if that was the case, and that he is wasting his time if he thinks that he can accomplish his auto transport information-gathering goals without verbally conversing with someone who can enlighten a beginner such as himself. That is when he went off on a tirade against me, claiming that he owned his own business and telling me to go F*** myself.

I told Tyler Stinson that maybe he should stay off of the internet entirely if that is the unprofessional manner with which he was going to conduct himself. I also told him that I felt sorry for anyone who would bring their child to "Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids" if he was such an arrogant and nasty jerk. Why contribute to a punk like this one's business.

Unless he is impersonating another Tyler Stinson, I would strongly advise any and all businesses and customers (all people in general), to avoid doing any business with this individual. He is a perfect example of every businesses's nightmare customer and every customer's nightmare business owner.

Mistake in identity?

#3REBUTTAL Individual responds

One of my stylists brought this to my attention.

Anyone who knows me quickly can tell this story is not true because first, I never use profanity. I also tend to be a quiet introvert who does not self promote, so second I would never brag about being some big shot business owner. In fact, at the time of his report, my business was completely shut down by the governor for the original COVID-19 quarantine to "flatten the curve." I didn't even know if my business could survive the pandemic, but this is not about me.

Either this is a mistake in identity since my name is somewhat common. There is even a boxer with my name. In Las Vegas alone there are dozens when you search for just my first and last name. Or, this is a deliberate social media attack on my business. Possibly by my competition? but I doubt that. I don't think they would stoop this low, so I really want to believe an interaction similar to this really happened, but it was definitely not me. I believe the injured party did a google search and found me instead?

I am not a millennial.

I am not a stupid little punk.

I despise yelp and I rarely use it since I feel they are the equivilent of the social media mafia.

I do not brag.

I have no need for auto transport. I don't even know what that business is, and have no need for it.

That is my picture.

I do own Cookie Cutters franchises in Las Vegas NV. At the time of the original report, I had 2 that were shut down. Today I have 4 in the Vegas valley.

I chose to go into the business of children's haircuts, because I wanted to create a business that I could be proud of and I have accomplished that with my business. We have created an environment where it is fun for kids and stress free for parents. I have professional stylists who love children and take the time to cater to their needs. We have fabulous experiences and also take care of the kids who hate haircuts. We get plenty of screaming kids.

Our stylists now who to navigate around the fits and screams of a child who isn't having it. We do our best to take our time and put the child at ease. We don't always complete the KidsCut is it is too much for the child, and we let the parent bring the child back to finish/fix the haircut a few days later. The salon is decorated in primary colors for the children. We have TV at every station so the child can pick their favorite show, or play games while they sit in a fantasy chair shaped like an airplane or a car. After the KidsCut we give them a lollipop and a balloon.

This is my business. I’m not sure why I would need auto transport. Hopefully the public can read this and understand that this report does not fit my character at all. At best it is a mistake in identity. At worst, it is from a troll with too much time on his hands. If we get a response to my rebuttal, it will probably be evident.

Tyler Stinson from Las Vegas NV harassed my small business on Yelp by posting a false negative review

This little millenial punk is like your typical Yelper. He bashed my small business on Yelp to try and hurt my income, even though I have a stellar reputation on every other website. Yelp is for losers like Tyler Stinson.

Yelp is the sound that a squealing dog (e.g. a female dog or a bit**) makes when it is in pain. Tyler Stinson is a BIT** and he is Yelping like one..."YELP, YELP, YELP" Tyler!! "YELP, YELP, YELP"!!!
