To whom it may concern,
I am a Major in The US Army. Recently, I bought a VW Golf TDI at Tynan's VW , Aurora, CO. on the 19Th of Jan 2013. The car cost me 29,000 plus 2000, in taxes. I returned the car two days later to the dealership. I told Mr. Tynan that I financially could not afford the car due to my getting mobilized this October with the US Army. Mr. Tynan told me that I had to sell the car back to the dealership in order to return the car. I lost $ 6,894 plus  $2323 in taxes after selling the car back to the dealership. What really upsets me is that when I went back on the 21st of Jan, 2013 it was MLK day and the banks were closed.
My check had not been deposited to the bank yet. There should be a law to not let dealerships finalize a contract for at least 48hrs. I wanted send this email to my alderman, too. But, I do not know who that is. I have sent a complaint to the BBB, Colorado Attorney Generals Office, Senator Bennett's office, and Senator Udall's office about the shady practice of
this dealership.
Sincerely, yours,MH.

Seriously?

The dealer is not legally or even ethically obligated to refund your money, they did nothing even remotely questionable, you essentially changed your mind and expect a car dealer to give you a refund and because they refused, you accuse them of wrong doing?

You're an idiot, and if truly in the military, a complete disgrace to your uniform.

It was a legitimate transaction

Nothing in your complaint indicates shady business or a rip-off. The attorney general does not have the authority to undo a legitimate transaction.
