Type At Home, Billy Briggs Working on a Class Action Lawsuit against this company Encinitas california
Like many on this site, I was taken for $49.95 with the promise of a 30 money back guarantee. I have contacted a class action lawsuit lawyer to see if they are interested in pursuing legal actions against Type at Home and Billy Briggs.
Hopefully, those of you on this site who haven't be satisfied with your refund process will be willing to take part in the action.
I am sure a judge would love to send a message to other internet companies that just because we can't see you, you aren't liable for your actions and business malpractices.
I would be interested to see how many of you would like to see a class action taken against this fraudulent company.

i too was ripped off by Billy Briggs' "typa at home program for $49.95... cannot find the person to get refund. i would be willing to join in on the class action lawsuit if there is one. please DO NOT buy this program!
