Signed up with Type at Home on 3/26/07. I really tried their ideas but they didn't work for me.

Started requests for refund on 4/11/07. There have been 7 requests so far. The company keeps sending alternatives to try. When refund is again requested their support site is suddenly "shut down due to a large quantity of spam."

I filed a complaint form with the FTC Consumer Protection Site and I will continue to demand my refund.
