Type International is a hell of a rip-off. Let me be specific as in what you can expect once you sign up. Though they claim there is no sign up fee involved, there is. After you sign up, you will be expected to "type" 300-600 on numerous sites that allow the advertising of job offers and job opportunities. (classifieds). Now the catch is, you will have numerous listings to choose from, so you can choose whatever site you want to place your ad on. However, only one ad can be placed per site, and on top of that, all other members have the same access to the same listings as you. So, there will be sites that you will visit that will already have like 4-10 ads promoting Type International. And guess what, you can get paid like that.Furthermore, you have to keep track of every ad placed on whatever site. And you have to log it in your report the name of the site, the ad placed, on what date you placed the ad, and the ad number if you were given one. Upon that, if you ever manage to "successfully" complete the assignment. And the keyword is "successfully", which the odds of that happening are very slim. If you manage to complete each assignment which usually consists of having to place ads anywhere between 300-600 ads on individual sites, and managed to record it all, and turns your report in and gets the ok, then you will only be paid between $30-45.00.

Yes, my friends that is the truth, and I have made it my duty to put out the truth out on companies such as this one that rip people off. Not only that, I'm going to tell you how much they WILL pay you and now how much they're ADVERTISING!!! BIG DIFFERENCE. VERY MAJOR DIFFERENCE!! You have people working at McDonalds that will be making more than you. And if you somehow manage to complete such an assignment that will require more of your time and effort than you ever guessed, you have local babysitters that will be making more than you. $30-45.00 TOTAL is what you get. Not $30-45.00 per ad. It's per assignment. And the assignments are placing 300-600 ads on individual sites. Furthermore, some assignemnts require even more out of you, and for what?? THIS IS A RIP-OFF.

I,too, am now taking the time to make people aware, online and offline, of the scams out there. It's high time these companies that go around scamming people out of their hard earned money, by misleading advertisements and deception, be put out of business!!! I, myself, now frequently visit websites similar to this one, such as "Better Business Bureau", "Federal Trade Commission", etc etc. Any company in question is worth looking up. And if you've ever been scammed, don't feel as if you report it that it won't make a difference. It will make a difference in your life and others as well. Help save others the headache and unneccessary stress of putting up with scum!!

Take it with a grain of salt! - fraudulent rebuttal

In reading Angela's rebuttal, for some reason, I have this strong suspicion that it is a company owner, or management person, rather than an employee. It just sounded too "pat". It SOUNDS like a perfect work at home job, but I really can't shake this feeling that this was a fraudulent rebuttal.

Typeinternational: Legitimate company!

#4UPDATE Employee

I am an employee of Typeinternational & have worked for them for over 2 years. I have nothing but good things to say about them & their staff. They are very professional & have proven their legitimacy.

What they do is contract out to other companies & set up the work that those companies need done as assignments for the members to do.

Yes, a lot of the assignments are various advertising campaigns. But, they are very reasonable as far as the number of ads that need to be placed or the amount of work involved to complete an assignment & get paid. Most of the ad-placing assignments pay $15-$30 for placing 100-200 ads. The company also provides a TON of software & downloads to make the work a breeze. They also supply all the advertising info & the places to do the advertising. Somebody who is computer & internet literate can easily complete a regular assignment in 2-3 hours. $30 at 3 hours of work is $10 per hour; not bad considering you're not having to commute to work, pay a babysitter & not be tied down to your work for specific hours of the day. I can easily sit down & complete 2 or 3 assignments in a day.

There are also other assignments available besides the advertising. A lot of the time there are newsletter typing, list compiling, and various offline assignments, too. There is even an occasional dictation or other such assignment available.

I have been very pleased with my experience with Typeinternational and because of them I have been able to quit my job & am now staying home with my baby; so they have been a god-send for me & my family.
They have always paid me exactly what I'm owed & on time.

Yes, they do require a membership fee, but because of all the different software & downloads they purchase for their members, as well as the tons of personal support they offer, it's very reasonable; they can't be expected to supply everything for free & stay in business.

It seems to me that some people think that if they join a company that requires a membership fee, then they expect just be given money for doing nothing. They don't seem to realize that this is a WORK at home JOB; where you're going to be required to work to earn your paycheck. If you don't want to work to earn your money, then don't join a legitimate company that offers legitimate work & legitimate paychecks to it's members.

I wish these types of people would go to jail and their businesses shut down.

All of the above entries in the title are operated by Robert Bell. I haven't used any
of these but did look into the Med-Clerion and
Clerical Secretary and found nothing with the BBB. However, I did email Mr. Bell and asked if
he was affiliated with the BBB and he responded
that he is on Ebay. I still couldn't find these
companies but if they charge, I won't buy into it.
I have been ripped off before by another scam and
nothing was done about it by the Texas Attorney General, but a legitimate company won't charge
setup fees or training fees because these are tax deductible. I wish these types of people would go to jail and their businesses shut down.
