I have bought many cars at Tyson motor both me and my husband and family and friends. On 01/18/2014 we both purchased a 2013 Dart SXT. Well while the car was being warmed up. I told J.R that it smelled funny he said it was just new give it a bit and it will leave. So I was going to work everyday and remember it is January and we had a cold one with alot of snow well I had the heat on and I kept getting headaches and smelling a strong odor my husband said maybe it is like J.R said it has to be because it is new. I would drive home with the strong smell and would call my sister and tell her that I feel so tired and I feel like I am gonna fall asleep she said that is not good and I would come home and go right to bed.

I would have stomach aches all the time and didn't feel like eating well I told my husband in 04/16/14 I was leaving my doctor and I was telling my doctor how tired I felt all the time which he knew wasn't right because I am on the go all the time. So leaving there I called tyson and told them about the strong smell and told them when I have the blower on or the heat it would smell so bad. I was told to bring it in I did the next day 04/16/2014.

Well I took it in and they found out that the shield was not attached so I was getting the exhaust coming straight from the engine when I had the Hvac on so I was getting straight Exhaught fumes coming right into my face. Well they fixed it and I made a comment what are you doing to me. Well after that got fixed I was coming home from work and the road had a bump in it and when 

I went over it i noticed that the Horn/air bag was loose well I called and they said bring it in so I did. While they were looking at it I told J.R Nelis that the car is a lemon he explained a lemon is when the same thing keeps happening, I said what is it gonna take for you to realize something is not right with the car and maybe during production things were missed. Don't get me wrong I like the car. So I said can we just swap it out for another Dart and he said no we can't.

We can only fix what happens then he tried to sell me a Patriot but I told him that it has to be the same payments as I have because I was over exstended as it was. He said you will have to go up some time I said forget it and I just waited until it was done and left. I will come there to get my oil changed but we will never buy another car from that establishment. We have bought from there, a Jeep Liberty, Pt Crusier

Compass,Calibur and two 200's and a Avenger and 2 Darts,and a Nitro so you see we were very faithful to the company for many years but when it comes to making a commission and not helping out the customer that turned us away. And I am glad that I took the car in for work before I fell asleep on the highway. It took awhile before that got out of my system but now I am fine.
