TyVy Pet Hotel TyVy negligently killed my dog Tampa Florida
on march 11.2017 my dog died at this facility due to their negligence..one hour after dropping off my beloved Blue to be boarded overnight, i got a call telling my dogs paws were bleeding ..they aske if i had his nails clipped i told them no it's been 2 months..asked why they were bleeding , if i needed to come back, get a family member , take him to vet etc..they said no that he was calm in his room and he was fine that his nails were just bleeding possibly from running on the concrete...around 2pm i received another phone call stating blue had died..he was hit by a car..they took my boy OFF PREMISES WITHOUT MY CONSENT, A BLOCK AWAY on a lead, not on his harness and leash , and he snapped the frayed lead and ran out in the middle of traffic..i am devastated!! and they are paying yelp and google to remove 1 star reviews for their business..
