I PURCHASED A NEW TOSHIBA DVD PLAYER FROM U-BID.COM. THEY SENT ME A REFURBISHED ONE.

AFTER CONTACTING THEM AND TELLING WHAT HAPPENED (BY E-MAIL ONLY AS THEY DON'T WANT TO TALK TO ANYONE) THEY NEED TO INVESTIGATE THERE BUSINESS TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED MEANWHILE THEY WON'T PICK IT UP OR SEND ME A NEW ONE OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE PHONE WON'T HELP YOU ANYMORE THAN SEND THEM ANOTHER E MAIL. I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO WAIT WHILE THEY MAKE A DECISION AS TO WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO, LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT THEY SENT ME CRAP!!!!
