Complaint Review: U Clip Coupons

I was looking over the online bank statement and saw that a check was processed for 19.93.  On this check you could not see who it was made out too.  All other checks written on the account you could see their image. 

I advised my husband to talk to the bank since it was his account.  Then it skipped a couple of months and showed up again.  Now it started to show up monthly. 

I finally dragged my husband to the bank to research these charges.  The bank had to research it themselves since they too could not see the image.  Then it came out that it was this UClip coupons that neither of us ever signed up for. 

The bank would only credit the charge in August.  The September charge was returned and we were charged the NSF fee of 20.00 but that was not being waived by the bank.  After seeing all the reports on the internet of this scam I was able to find a number to call.  The person stated they canceled it today but of course would not refund the 6 payments of 19.93 that was taken fraudently. 

The bank of course stated we would need to open a new account and of course would have to file new direct deposit slips, I just bought 2 boxes of checks that would be for nothing and would be out that money.

I hope I can help someone else not make the same mistake and I guess this is just a $119.58 lesson.
