I rented a trailer from uhaul in fort worth tx at the Westcreek Village Center. Found out down the road it had wiring problems, it blew out the light fuses in my vehicle as well as the trailer. It had gotten dark so we had to stay over night in Texarkana which is less than 5 hrs down the road from where we rented. I called roadside assistant and did not get assistant. We had to spend money for a hotel that night, which was unexpected. We got up the next morning and by the grace of God we made it to Arkansas without having a accident.

A gentlemen by the name of Carl tried to fix the problem only to find out as we traveled about 50 miles down the road the lights stop working again. By this time I am fustrated because I had a long way to go before I would reach my destination. I called roadside assistant again and got no assistant, so we keep driving until we got to Memphis TN, finally a lady helped us get some help and about two hours later a mechanic came and fix the problem.

We were tired, fustrated, and stressed so we waited until morning to start again because it had gotten late. What should have took me 19 hours to get to North Carolina, ended up taking me 2 1/2 days. I missed a very important business meeting because of this ragedy uhaul trailer. I want to let the world know, PLEASE! do not do business with this company, you will be sorry. After calling so many times to talk to someone about refunding me all of my money, they decided to offer me a 20% refund which was and still is unacceptable. They ask if I was declining the offer and I said yes only to find out when I checked my bank statement, they took it upon them self to credit the 20% back to my card after I declined the offer.

Now I want to sue for all of my money back along with the mental anguish and stress that they have caused me. I say again, PLEASE do not do business with this company. I do not want anyone to go through what I am going through with UHAUL. There are other moving companies out there I'm sure that you can use for long distance moving. If at all possible PLEASE do not use uhaul especially the Westcreek Village Center in Fort Worth, and do not deal with the store manager, she is a joke.

You rented a cheap trailer and the lights went out , it took 2 hours for a mechanic to come and fix it and you are still complaining, considering the guy was probably sleeping and had to wake up to come fix your trailer that sounds like pretty good timing.

And of course you shouldn't get a full refund if you reached your destination.
