Complaint Review: U-HAUL

I rented an auto transport from Uhaul and got there safe tow insurance, While towing the trailer with my new vehicle on it, their tire stops, on the front of their trailer ripped off some of my front end. They refuse to settle saying improper loading and unloading is the cause!The vehicle was loaded and unloaded as per the instructions given by their employee, and the damage was caused while in transit! DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM UNLESS IT IS ABSOLULEY NECESSARY AND FORGET ABOUT THE INURANCE AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COLLECT ANYHOW!!!
