U S Auto of Nashville tried to pressure me into buying a '97 Dodge Van. They had me put $500 down, but I realized a few hours I couldn't afford it. They would not give my money back, told me I could choose another vehicle. They said that this '89 Toyota Cambry was in good shape, blah, blah, blah etc...for $1,800 cash.

After a week, I knew there were problems. I took it back to the dealer, the salesman that sold the car to me, was never there. He was avoiding me. When I complained about the car they told me they were not going to fix it nor give my money back and to go away.

My reading of English is not very good and a friend of mine looked at the papers. The bill of sale was not filled out and the AS IS paper belonged to the '97 Dodge van.

My friend looked up the car vin at Carfax.com and found out that the last owner only 4 months ago tried to past emissions inspection failed and odometer meter had been rolled back. The wheels roll independent of the broken axles, has chassis problems, muffler is bad, speedometer doesn't work, bad tires. I have never owned or drove a car before. This was my first experience. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I will file a complaint with the Small Claims Court against them.
