In March 2007, I contacted a mortgage company Vinson Mortgage for a refinance. I was told I was approved for 6% 30Year fixed with payments of $600-$700. When I received my paperwork from U.S.Bank(the loan was sold to U.S.Bank) the loan was 8.35% with 15year balloon and payments of over $1,400. That is when I began contacting the U.S. Bank and Vinson. I received no paperwork at closing. I scheduled closing on Saturday, March 24, 2007. I arrived at the locked office which was locked after I entered as I was told they were not open. I waited in the lobby for quite some time when the salesman Darrell Thompson rushed out and got me. The notary and Iwere rushed into a conference room. As soon as everything was spread out on the table an individual came in and stated the room was reserved. Everything was picked up and moved to another room where again the same scenario happened. The notary and I waited in the hallway as Darrell rushed to find another room. He came back and stated he had a room. We had to hurry though because it was a manager's office and the manager would be right back. As soon as we sat the manager appeared. While the notary showed me where to sign Darrell sat to my right joking and telling what a great deal I had gotten and reiterated the deal of 6% 30year fixed with payments no more than $700 with the insurance and taxes included. When we were completed the salesman shook my hand and put his arm around my shoulder and escorted me out all the way to my car. I asked about the copies and he stated I should receive the copies from the bank. All I received was a letter stating my loan was 8.35% with 15year balloon and payments over $1,400. I immediately called U.S. Bank who told me to call Vinson Mortgage. Thus began an over six year fight for the correct information and copies. I never received copies. The documents I allegedly signed for the deed are dated March 26, 2007 and a document that I just received a copy of showing what appears to be an application for a loan is dated March 27, 2007. I have never until last week seen this document. I do not know where the signatures came from. After years of trying to find someone at Vinson and U.S.Bank to listen to me and to investigate I received this document. U.S.Bank I feel is just as guilty as they dismissed my claim for over six years. The executive office even had my email traffic blocked at their server. That was Victoria Wohl. The alleged application shows my average monthly income inflated by over $1,000. Again, I have never seen this document until last week. Vinson has shut me off telling me to talk only to his attorney. I have also discovered that the branch manager during this time was Brian Jaimes. Mr. Jaimes is currently in Federal custody for falsifying customers information to get loans approved at the company he worked at prior to Vinson Mortgage. Vinson and U.S. Bank have in my opinion both committed this fraud against me. I have only been able to pay my mortgage for six years. Unable to pay for my insulin and other medical, went without heat, basically have not lived only made house payments. Vinson Mortgage needs to pay as well as U.S. Bank. I heard the term Mortgage Malpractice which sounds appropriate. Please investigate Vinson Mortgage in Overland Park, KS. It appears Mr. Jaimes left Diamond Mortgage and began his career at Vinson Mortgage. Everyone contact Vicki Wohl. She can only have so many emails blocked. U.S. Bank and Vinson Mortgage are criminals. That is how they earn so much money. Mr. Davis the CEO of U.S.Bank makes over $20 million a year. His house has been protested he pretends he is the president of the U.S. with an armoured car and body guards that act like secret service with their sunglasses and blank emotions.
