I have been a customer with US BANK for 10 years (started off as firststar and has changed names a couple tiems and is finally USBANK) 


CHARGED me 220 in overdraft fees because a transfer was a day late. Before the fees posted (pending) I transferred the money into the account and the account showed positive.  A day later 3 more fees were charged.


they charged 35 per transaction (the transactions were 6.26 5.98 and 22.50)


I called in to see why they still charged the fees.  they were rude and unhelpful and said I had to pay them. 


So it doesnt matter if you a good customer of 10 years and have many accounts with them(i have 7 total - credit accounts with no balance and a savings with 10K) they are un negotiable on fees.


In fact the customer service rep/manager I spoke with at 24 hour banking said they would be happy to cancel my accounts so tomorrow morning I am closing all my accounts and going to FIRST TENNESSEE BANK


USBANK is a RIPOFFF and THEY ABUSE THIER CUSTOMERS
