I am very disappointed in u.s career institute. I was taking a course for pharmacy tech which consisted of four work packets. I only completed one and turned in the work. I was unable to keep up with my payments and I was told I wouldn't receive my second packet until my account was brought current. I left it alone for a while considering they said I would only owe money for the material I had been sent. The whole course was worth about 800. They sent me a second packet even though my account was never brought current and a week after receiving my second packet I Recieved a call from a collection agency saying I owe more than 700 dollars. This is a huge scam on behalf of u.s career institute they sold my file to collections when I only owe u.s career institute for one packet from the course. But yet collections wants me to pay for the entire course even though I have yet to see all the material. To make matters worse u.s career institute never even called to offer to work around any other payment arrangements.

Thank you for giving USCI the chance to respond to your issue.

First and foremost, we would encourage you to contact us at 1-800-347-7899 so we can work to resolve this situation for you.

At U.S. Career Institute, we offer flexible and affordable tuition payment options. We strive for transparency in tuition costs and details. U.S. Career Institute clearly outlines our payment plans and policies in the Enrollment Agreement that every student signs.

There are two different tuition payment plans for our students to choose from. They can pay their tuition in full with one easy payment, or students can set up monthly payments. In most circumstances, students are financially responsible for the percentage of the course they complete. However, after students have been enrolled for one year, they are responsible for their full tuition cost and shipping charge. It’s important to remember that our payment plans and policies can change from time to time, as we take into consideration student feedback.

Lastly, USCI is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau and we are proud of our A+ rating.

We would value the opportunity to discuss your specific situation and encourage you to call us at the number listed above.

We hope to hear from you soon,

U.S. Career Institute
