Chartered US Coachways for wedding of my son to Canada with Passengers from abroad as well as US.The trip was a disappointment from the start, when the bus broke down in front of the house, delaying the trip by more than three hours.The driver was not equipped with navigation system, wifi never worked, bathroom smelled, and a/c was broken, making all sick, as the children were throwing up. In Toronto bus broke down everyday of the six day hire, the driver drove wrong ways, delaying the wedding ceremony by 45 minutes and getting lost for 3hrs at midnight again the same evening. The delay to the wedding ceremony cost us 45 minutes of the band ceremony, which was hired for one hour. The day after the wedding, the guests were left standed in downtown Toronto, where they had gone sightseeing on the bus, and were asked to take taxis to get back. The bus company’s dispatcher was not helpful at all and asked if it was an Indian weeding party. Prior to talking to the dispatcher, we were promised a substutute smaller bus, which we accepted. But after speaking with the dispatcher, we never got the substitute. Overall, it was a six day torture, inconvenient, health issues etc. Honestly, it is my belief that US Coachways is discriminatory and totally unrelaible to be sending a large, mechanically unfit coach bus to another country, that too without a navigation system. Why was I asked about my race and how does it matter. HOW CAN A 50 PASSENGER COACH TRAVEL WITH CONSISTENT BREAK DOWNS, LACK OF AIRCONDITIONING and WITHOUT A NAVIGATION SYSYTEM.   After mental and ophysical discomfort, the company had a nerve to offer a $411.00 refund for a bus charter of $8,843.60.
