U.S. Congress ripoff of your rights Washinton DC Nationwide
The 108th Congress is about to vote on another bill. This one will take away our rights to file a class-action lawsuits. They just took away our right to discharge credit card & other debts (lobbied by auto, cc, banking industries)in a bankruptcy. Since Bush frauded the country, he has tried to take away our civil rights too. This is just another example of corrupt politics.

new law, which seeks to undermine the ingegrity of our legal system

As predicted, congress is currently debating this new law, which seeks to undermine the ingegrity of our legal system. Heavy lobbying by many financial corporations have unjustly influence our congress into a sceme that will make is extremely difficult to file class action lawsuits, just like the one filed against Alyon Technologies mentioned here. Alyon possibly donated to this cause as well. This bill will protect companies like Alyon from class-action lawsuits, like the many that have been filed so far.
Consumers will forever be at the mercy of unscrupulous corporations & businesses.
Last year, congress took away our right to discharge credit card debt & other financing in a Chapter Seven Bankruptcies, & now they seek to take more of our legal rights away.
Do not let the 108th Congress of the United States get away with this crime against consumers & citizens. Contact your representatives & tell them to "kill the bill."
