U.S. CreditCom ripoff, What recourse do I have I was honest they were not! Las Vegas Nevada

I was solicited by phone. They offered me an unsecured credit card for $179. I received a packet from them and had the money taken from my account and not credit card or additonal packages ever sent to me.

I simply wish to get my money back and make sure this is not done to anyone else. All the individuals involved, should be jailed and I would like to assist with that.

Now, not only is it the issue of my money, it's the annoyance of having go through this whole fiasco of trying to locate the owner of the company and using my time and minimal resources to try to accomplish this. I tried calling them, but the numbers are no longer in service. What do I do now? What recourse do I have, if any? I was honest, they were not!

Telemarketers (STRANGERS) are NOT your friends!

#2Consumer Comment

The phone rings and suddenly there is a complete STRANGER trying to talk you into buying something. That STRANGER is a telemarketer!

So many people have complete trust and no problem believing everything this STRANGER says. They then proceed to give any financial information that the telemarketer wants.

Can everyone say: "Telemarketers are NOT my friends.

Can you also say: "Telemarketers will LIE to me in a heartbeat!

Here is an idea: Immediately hang up on all telemarketers and don't get ripped!
