Unprofessional, dishonest and argumentative, three more words to describe my experience with U.S.Data Corporation.
I compiled a list of consumers to meet my criteria and get the count, but where is the price? (In years past they used to post the price)
I call to speak to someone about their non-disclosure, and get some wise cracking smug guy named Bryson. The conversation is going south quickly, I become more and more frustrated with his bad attitude. I let him know how frustrating it is speaking with him and say good bye and remove my self from the call.

I wait about 20 minutes and call again, guess what? I end up connected to Bryson again! I explain that I do not want to speak with him again, that I would like to speak with his supervisor. He exclaim Why!!! In a tone challenging my request, I ask again for his supervisor and he hangs up on me!

I immediately call back, I get the same receptionist from all previous calls, she explains that Bryson accidently disconnected me. In complete disbelief, I explain that He’s a liar and covering his tail!  I ask her for Brysons supervisor and she connects me to James, he only introduces himself as James, so I ask if he is Brysons supervisor? He answers in a sheepishly awkward, “well, ya I guess the closest thing to a supervisor” I’m getting the feeling that their trying to pull another fast one over on me (the first fast one, no pricing).

James piles on excuse after excuse of why it must have been my fault and not Bryson’s or his for the highly unprofessional tenor of the business call! James never ask for anything to identify the count that I compiled, I finally suggested that he ask me for the count code, after listening to him tell me that I must be in a bad mood because he was in a wonderful mood! I asked to speak with his supervisor, he claimed that no one was supervising him (no boss?) I asked if he was the President and CFO of the company. In his continually cocky tone, he exclaims, “he’s not going to talk with you!” That was enough, I told him that we would not be doing business together. While removing the phone from my ear, hear “Thank God!”

Turn, run and keep your hand over your wallet!
