If you are interested in getting into car business Stay away from these guys. This is a total scam!! They use high pressure sales tactics and when they get your money they stop returning phone calls. Dino Jimenez will tell you alot of stories about "His" dealers making six figures a year. It is all lies!!! When I asked to be introduced to some of these hot shot dealers I was given alot of excuses as to why he could not do it. Let me expalin why wholesaling cars does not work and USDL knows this very well. First the auctions are full of guys like you that are trying to do the exact same thing you want to do. This drives the prices of the cars up sqeezing you out of the market and unable to make a profit. The Buy-Here-Pay-Here guys that operate in Chicago do not care how high the prices on the cars go, these guys make thier money on the interest from the payments made. These facts leave you with a licesne that is worthless. If you ask to be let out of the program or cancel your membership USDL will threaten legal action. When I refused to renew my membership they threatened to charge me $500 for "Closing Fees" do not fall for it, anyone can pick up the phone and notify the state that you will no longer be in business! USDL then made up a story that I was caught selling cars Retail which is against the law with a wholesale license see e-mail below.
If you are still interested in getting into the business GO RETAIL. There are companies that offer partnerships with retail dealers for low start-up cost. Good Luck.
