Complaint Review: U.S. Environmental Water Works

Rick "Zeke" Davis is one of the most personable rip-off artists you are likely to meet. He fleeced 5 people I know - not including me - out of over $750,000 by promising great business opportunities in the water treatment business. All but one are now out of business.

Rick also neglected to tell anyone the parent company - Florida Water WOrks - has been under continuing investigation from the Florida Attorney General's Office for deceptive lead generation practices, high-pressure sales tactics, and other practices. These are the "proven" business practices he refers to in his ad on Be the Boss.com. Gene Yauchler has made a fortune by ripping people off, too.

All I can say if do your homework and verify Gene & Rick's claims before you give them one red cent.
