I REALLY THOUGHT THAT THEY WHERE OUT TO HELP BUT THIS IS A LESSON TO BE LEARNED. NEVER AGAIN IF I QUALIFY I WILL GO THROUGH A LOT OF INGUIRE BEFORE I EVER GIVE OUT INFO TO ANYONE.

I HOPE YOU CAN GET MY MONEY BACK I REALLY COULD USE IT TOWARDS MY BILLS.. I THANKYOU IN ADVANCE AND WOULD LIKE TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP ANYONE ELSE OF THESE FRAUDS.....

Ruth,

You don't really give enough details for us to help you....but--if this company is up to its normal bag of tricks it took the money from your bank account.

Go to your bank and file an ACH Fraud Complaint form and your bank will replace your money. The normal time limit for a victim to file a fraud complaint at a bank is 60 days from the day the money was taken. So if this credit card company stalled you past 60 or 90 days--you lost the time game.

Good Luck
