I have bought this rotary hammer new that was delivered to my by Sonny (562) 531-7778 to my house. The 1 1/2" rotary hammer is designed to drill and hammer in concrete. This is sold to me as a heavy-duty tool. I did work with the machine for about 30 to 45 minutes, breaking up a small area of around my pool. The machine had the following problems:

 - The handle broke after tightening and working with it for 5 minutes
 - By turning the handle, the drill enclosure broke up at the corner (extremely weak and brittle plastic)
 - After 10 minuter, 2 screws fell out that are used to hold the drill's plastic housing in place
 - At the end (after working with is for 30 to 45 minutes total), the  whole drill stopped working because of the drill clutch (SDS) broke and  was not able to insert a drill bit or a chizzle bit. Ball bearings fell  out of the cluch area.

On my invoice states that all sales are final, that was only pointed out to me only after I have talked to the manager and he pointed it out to me.

I think the company is involved in a scam, based on selling unusable merchandize and stiffening returns. The tool came shrink-wrapped and sold as new equipment. I thought there is a law in Ca that protects  consumers for 30 days to return that is designed just for crooks like this company.
