I was contacted in late September / early October inquiring about payment for ink cartridges I had ordered.  I happened to be in northern Canada 200 miles from the closest city and had no idea what they were talking about.  I had been there since early June and was told I placed the order in August.....impossible.  They were ink cartridges for my printer back at home so there would be no reason for my needing ink. I told them I would look into it upon my return to the States.

When I arrived home there were four cartridges at $35 each and $20 shipping.  I can get the same cartridges for $14.95 and free shipping so there is no way I would have ever ordered these.

I've asked them to send me a return label to send them back as there is no way I will pay to return something I didn't order.  

They have an "F" with the Better Business Bureau with over 25 complaints.

They have complaints going back YEARS.  How can they remain in business?
