Got a call from US Imaging Systems in August 2015 about their toner cartriges. Being a non-profit organization, we are always looking to cut expenses. After talking with the sales rep about their product line, I placed an order for 2 black toner cartridges, one for each of our printer/copiers.

Those toners came in and worked fine and I was happy with the print quality and price.  I proceded to place an order for the color toners.   What we received was an extensive number of toners, black and color, for one of our printers and several black toners for our copier. This happened in 3 shipments, everytime the same amount.

The latest invoice and shipment recieved was December 29th.  Again, I did not order these. We received 8 black toners for the copier and 6 toners (black & color) for the printer. All in a box marked 1 of 1

Now, here is the kicker; the invoice in the box shows 12 black toners for the copier invoice #18316 and 12 (4ea color) for our printer invoice #18317.

So, I have a total of 14 black toners for our copier and 15 Black & color toners for our printer.  It would take us 5-6 years to go through all of them.

I sent the company an email on January 4, 2017 demanding a return shipment label and not to send any more toners.  Is they did, not only am I not paying for them, I am filing a report to the California and New Mexico Attorney General's Office.

Have not heard a peep from anyone as of 1/6/2017
