After order two pairs of slippers in April, 2004, I waited a reasonable amount of time to receive them before calling and being assured that although they were on back order they would be shipped within about 10 days. When they didn't arrive I called to cancel the order and get my money back. The phone message said it was transferring me to voice mail but I was unable to even leave a message as the voice mail box was full.

I tried to get a phone number for the Better Business Bureau to make a complaint but the only listing I could find was for the New York City area.

I found the Rip-off website and now I know for sure that the con man is getting rich by cheating a lot of people. Although my loss was under $20.00, I would like people to know about it.

I will never buy anything through a mail order company again, because I know there are a lot of rats out there.
