On December 15th, I placed a telephone order for a small gold coin for a Christmas gift to my daughter.

The $157.89 I sent was to pay for the coin and for insurance.

I called a few times.  On January 5, 2015, I was told they were looking into it and would soon get back to me by phone.

I did receive a lot of beautiful brochures, but still no coin.

I would like either the coin, or my money returned to me.  I am in my 80s and tired of being ripped-off!

The coin was being sold for $133.00 per the advertisment in Time Magazine.  However, when I called, the price was raised.
