U.S. Online America Group Beware - Fradulent Company Action - does not honor own agreement Tempe Arizona

Nov 7th received a call from Jessica Arviso representating U.S. Online America Group stating she had a great deal to make money selling Satellite dishes and all that was needed was a website they would provide for a fee of $49.98 which included the advertising, processing and hosting and an additional monthly hosting fee of $19.99 would be added for 1 year. She did not mention that this could not be sold in Canada, because finding out a few days later that the dish is purchased from the service provider not sold seperately.

I contacted David, at Customer Service and stated that I wanted to cancel because of the difficulty selling this in Canada and that in the agreement it states in paragraph 4 the following:---

U.S. Online America Group offers a 14 day return policy; for 14 days after the date of purchase. You request the product/service be returned and receive a full refund minus the first month hosting fee and processing/setup fees. U.S. Online America Group will not refund any advertising cost incurred by the distributor. ---

He stated NO you cannot cancel and what is stated in the agreement above doesn't make a difference still NO
to cancellation. Now I have to pay the $19.99 for something I cannot use or offer because they do not honor their own agreement. This is FRAUD and it should be stopped immediately.

I contacted the Customer Service on Nov 14 by phone and email also on the following dates Nov 15, Nov 18 and 21 to no avail.
