U.S Passports Now COMPLETE SCAM! Internet

I found US Passports Now on the internet.  I wanted to get a passport for my child and I really didn't know the easiest process to go about doing so.  I signed up online and was very confused with what the next steps were after signing up and paying the $129.00 fee.  I did this on a weekend and the following Monday I called to clarify the process with the company.

To my dismay, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $150.00 to get the passport.  I immediatly responded that I wanted to cancel and go directly to the post office to avoid any further costs or confusion.  I was told by a "DANYEL" that no matter what, I could not get a full refund.  But instead, $50.00 would be kept as part of a "company policy" on cancellation.  I was told that although I signed up online on a weekend, I had a "spot" held for my order in line for a passport.  And that "spot" was reserved for me and that is why I would only receive part of my refund. 

I was told that my refund would take 28 days from cancellation and that there was no way to get the entire amount.  I asked to speak with the supervision and at that time was told that the person I was speaking with was the supervisior.  Finally, another supervisior by the name of "Dave" got on the line and told me in a very rude way that there was no one else to complain to and that I wasn't getting my money back.

I tried calling back several times and no one answered.  The next day I called again and was directed to "Viola" and at that point I realised that there are only 5 people who work for US Passports Now.  There is no complaint line, no mailing address, I couldnt get a last name or any kind work Identification number from any of the "service reps".

This is a complete scam and I cannot believe that no one has sued them yet.  I am trying to contact my bank so that they may assist with this issue. I really hope I do get the rest of my refund and I have no idea why it would take 28 days.  Can someone please do something to put these SCAMMERS out of business?? This is not fair.
