U.S. Remodelers hired me as a subcontractor reacing kitchens and baths. jobs that they recieved through Home Depot sales. I was required to obtain all insurances required. After about a month and a half of me going out and doing services calls (on other installers mistakes) I had yet to recieve a full install job of my own as well as, U.S. Remodelers had not yet even paid me for all of the work that I had been doing up to date.So I explained to their office manager here in Vegas that I would no longer be doing service calls until I get paid for what I had done. At which point he got irate told me I was fired and threatened to kick my a#@. I left and promptly filed a police report for the verbal threats I recieved. I then contacted the corporate guy Bob told him what had transpired and asked for my money. For three months now I have been asking for my money contacting them every week, my patience has run very thin and now I am considering legal action against U.S. remodelers, I think that Home Depot is also culpable being that all of the jobs sold for U.S. Remodelers were through Home Depot.
