I also got scammed. I ordered a program for refunds from fedex/ups. I was convinced that I could go out and gain clients and make something out of this and then....

I ordered the software on 4-19-03. They said 8-10 days I would receive an info packet and software. It has now been 20 and have received absolutely nothing. Customer service e-mail won't respond.

No address or phone # could be found on their site so i did some investigating myself. I've found several different addresses i'm almost certain are fake and a phone # that when you call all you get is a " All circuits are busy, please call back later"! I'm pissed.

Now, I've e-mailed this Digichex Companies customer service and they won't reply either. Now, I'm getting real pissed. I mean it's only $79, but i'm a college student and really could have used the money. I'm also sure that most people wouldn't just give away money like that. I'll get it back and much more! Ya heard me!
Hope, I saved you the trouble!

Cory, if you are still in college you can check this out with the business school;

If you look at what these folks are selling, you should see that the catch is for you to find the clients. Now anyone who sends with USP or FedEx has access to the shipping info for free and even if that was too big a deal for them, then they could buy this so called recovery software and pay some dude $8 an hour to run a report and call for the refunds. That would make more sense that paying you a big percentage and sharing all their way-bills with you.

Since the software mentioned doesn't exist, it will be hard for you to find your $79. It would be very cool indeed if you did and were able to take these jerks out. We have done research in a lot of cases of this type. You can also get pretty much the same info I gave at http://www.snopes.com/inboxer/
scams/refunds.asp

and they probably lay it out better than me.
Anyway, good luck. I am kind of interested in this, so if I find something, I will post back.
Take care, Tom M
