To whom it may concern,
I would like to report a major rip-off, a major scam that needs to be dealt with before many more gullible people like me be conned and robbed of money that we can ill afford to loose. This person/persons/company is very professional at ripping people off. The communication is all carried out by surface/air mail; no fax, no email address and no web site.
On one occasion by reading every detail carefully I managed to locate a telephone number. I have not succeeded in getting a reply. All letters, documents, forms, envelopes are very official looking. He/They always request that documents and the $20 be sent in the already stamped-addressed envelope which is supplied.
Since October 3rd 2005 I have received 30 letters and every one of them presented very plausable facts and very tempting assurances that huge sums of money are there ready to be delivered to my door as soon as I return the document with the $20! I humbly admit that I fell for this more than once or twice, so I am now admitting my naivete so that others will not be ripped-off. (Let me hasten to add - I did not respond to all 30 letters!!)
People/companies like this need to be caught and brought to justice. Perhaps this complaint will help to expedite the "busting" of such scams.
