Second month of receiving unsolicited billing for long distance service.  I have checked with both of our phone service companies (land and cellular) and there is no change in their coverage for us.  We did not pay the first month and now have second billing.  This has to be a scam.  We will not pay but trust that there will not be repercussions on our credit.

You should also check with them about how they got to bill you? It may help you in the future when any dispute occurs. If your credit got trashed by them in the future, it is a lot more difficult to fix it later on.
