Complaint Review: U.S Xpress

 I don't even know where to start so ill start from square 1 I came from a local flat bed company in MN to try and make a little bit more money I seen a add on Craigslist for a dedicated route for Duluth/Superior that said $7500 dollar sign on bonus $1400 to $1700 wk $75000 annually and home weekly. I applied and got orientation set up. While talking to my recruiter I made sure to tell him I don't do over the road or team driving I have a family and I love being part of my kids lives so absolutely no otr. (I applied for a dollar tree dedicated route not otr). I get there and go through orientation and get hired then they tell me I'm a 50 he student then have me sign a paper telling me my job description and benefits of the job again this is dollar tree dedicated then I get put on a trainers truck for 2 and half weeks (50 hrs) in which case I do all the driving and the whole time the guy is telling me how to drive (I've had my cdl since April 2012 and been driving since) when all I needed to learn was paper work stuff. Ok get though my 50 hrs go in for my upgrade to 1st seat pass get my truck then they tell me I will not be on my dedicated and would be doing over the road and dedicated may not be available for months or I could quit and have to pay to get myself home. Well basically what they did is take away the sign on bonus the home weekly and the $75000 a yr. Now I get my first settlement sheet and I made $435 to drive all northeast coast where a "student upgrade" should not be driving on their first trip (yes all around New York city and new jersey) when my first or second trip should have been hone to get my stuff I need to serve out on the road but its been a month now since I've seen my wife and kids as I'm being basically held hostage because id have to spend all what very little money I've made to get home.
