Complaint Review: Up ships islet transport and Monica carnes

 I contacted a lady named Monica carnes I found on an adoption site about a F2 savannah kitten she claimed to have for adoption that was her parents that gas passed. It was supposed to have coated me only 300 dollars she shipped it through u- shipped air transport out of New York and they came up with ona charge after another from pet insurance to kennel charge overnight charge and all kinds of things that didn't make sense when I told them I wouldn't pay they threatened to turn the animal over to quarantine and threatened me with up to six months in jail if I didn't pay more money. She claims to be a missionary that's not home needing to adopt out the pets for that reason do not fall for this. I tried to contact her about this matter and I got back an email clkaiming she was hurt from behind in her car and in hospital and that this was my problem I had best pay up.
