My passport is about expired, so I looked for renewal it on internet. This website appeared on the first line. It looks very like US Post Office site, I thought they will help me to renew my passport online without sending mail to US Department of State. But when I realied they just sell applications, not do renewal service, I call them to cancel but it was too late, they already charged.
I think they set steps to cheat people who want to renew passport online, instead of going to Post Office. There is no ways to do this service online, you must take new picture, pay govermemt fee and mail forms to US Department. Uspassportonline.com is fraud. Stay away from them.
