They took a conversation my husband had with them. Asked him questions to which he replied, "Yes" and then inserted it into their questions asking if we agree to the charges. They did not catch the very beginning when my husband specifically states we do not want their services and left that on the tape we requested the send. They then proceeded to take out charges for 5.95, 39.95, 24.95, 19.95 for the last couple of months. I did not realize it because I thought it was something my husband had purchased for his business. Only when my husband took a look at the last statement did we figure it out.
